Yes. Invoices have to be used to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country.
To avoid paying customs duty on your package it is best to keep the price under $100. Customs fees may be charged on packages that value $100 and over.
Packages that arrive to our warehouse Monday to Tuesday will be available for pick up on Saturday.
Packages that arrive to our warehouse Wednesday to Saturday will be available for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday.
You will receive a notification when your package(s) are ready and be prompted to schedule convenient delivery; you can also login to your account and check the status of each order.
You will be notified via email or you can login to your account and view your balance.
Packages usually go through a process once they enter the warehouse. Once we have received the package, it is scanned and entered in our system. This process usually takes 1 to 3 hours. If 48 hours has passed and you have not gotten an update. Please send the tracking number and invoice to us.
After 30 days, storage fee of $350 will be added to all packages after that time period. After 2 months, the package will be auctioned/discarded.
